Who wins when the music your family and friends love goes head to head? Vibe Village turns those debates into Music Battles with voting, trivia, real-time chat, and shared participation.
Choose a Traditional Battle when you want challengers to select their songs. Choose AI Curated when you want Vibe Village to select songs for the artists you choose.
Then bring your Family Circle into the experience and let the music settle the argument.
Choose How You Battle
AI-Curated Battles
Want Vibe Village to build the matchup? Choose two artists, the number of rounds, and battle settings. Vibe Village selects songs for each artist, so the artists are the challengers. Invite spectators from your Family Circle, or play in Solo Mode to experience the battle on your own. Solo Mode is exclusive to AI Curated Battles.
Traditional Battles
Prefer to choose the songs yourself? In Traditional Battles, two people are the challengers. Each selects songs, chooses the sections to showcase, and assigns songs to rounds before the battle begins.
Two Voting Styles shape the matchup. Head to Head lets challengers see each other’s song selections while preparing the battle. Song by Song keeps selections hidden until the battle unfolds.
In either Voting Style, challengers can scrub through their selected songs during the battle.
Bring Your Family Circle
Invite your Family Circle to either battle type. Spectators vote in real time, follow the score, and react to each round. Their votes help decide which challenger wins.
Join a Music Battle with SharePlay
Messages
When the battle owner starts SharePlay in Messages, Vibe Village sends invitations to selected participants. Tap Join, then Open if prompted, to enter the active battle.
FaceTime
During a FaceTime call, invited participants can choose More (…) → SharePlay → Vibe Village or open Vibe Village while staying on the call. The app takes them into the active battle.
Invitations and Rejoining
Only people invited by the battle owner can join. If you disconnect, rejoin the SharePlay session and open Vibe Village to return to the active battle.

With a Music Battle.
Version 2.0 continues improving the experience that started it all. Selected Battle experiences provide more ways to get started without an additional Vibe Village in-app purchase, while voting, trivia, chat, SharePlay, and the competition remain at the center of the experience.
Listening Sessions introduce another way to experience music together when nobody needs to win. Music Battles remain the place for challengers, spectators, votes, rounds, and bragging rights.

More Than the Matchup
The Battle Feed extends the experience beyond a single matchup so you can discover active competition and follow what is happening across Vibe Village. Family Circle provides the relationship layer for deeper collaboration with friends and family.

Music trivia gives players and spectators another way to participate between songs and rounds, turning downtime into part of the game.
Real-Time Chat & Reactions
